This part of Marin County offers beauty especially the park along the shore of the San Pablo Bay.
In the 1880s, Chinese Americans had established a village at China Camp of approximately 500 people, many of whom were originally from Canton, China.
The fishing village is the site of a lot of hauntings. Ghosts remain and haunt the area of past squabbles, fights, battles, and more that span over time since 1854.
When you hike through the park and the town, remember the tragic history from 1956.
