Doesn’t it seem like summer flew by faster than usual this year? Don’t worry. There’s still time for one last summer adventure and we found the perfect place. This incredibly unique campground is the perfect place to wrap up your summer explorations. Whether you’re the type of person who likes to completely unplug during a camping trip or the type of person who likes to glamp it up, the campground has something for you. Make this summer one to remember. You’ll wish you could move in permanently after just one night spent at this one-of-a-kind campground.
End your summer with a bang when you spend a few nights at Inn Town Campground outside of Nevada City. You're about to find out that this is one of the most unique campgrounds in the state, and it's simply too amazing to pass up.
The campground is located just two miles outside of town, but it feels lightyears away from everything. They've got something for every type of camper here. Pitch a tent, hook up your RV, or sleep in luxury when you rent one of their glamping tents. The choice is all yours.
Boasting 70 campsites, the campground itself is absolutely massive and gives you plenty of space to enjoy for yourself. The majority of the sites are allotted to tent camping and you really couldn't ask for a more scenic setting. Surrounded by pristine forestry, you'll feel far away from it all.
However, the glamping tents are the real highlight of this amazing campground. Complete with large cozy beds and delightfully vintage decor, you won't ever want to step outside of the tent. They even have electrical outlets so you don't have to sacrifice any comforts of home.
RV sites, complete with hookups, are also available. However, the campground offers one particularly unique option for people who would like to try out RV camping without investing in a personal RV. The Riverside Retro RV is completely decked out with furniture and amenities, and it's available for campers to rent.
All you need to bring are personal items and you'll be set. The Riverside Retro contains a kitchenette, outdoor seating, and a camp stove. This option is great for those who are new to RV camping and want to test it out or simply for those who'd like an even more luxurious upgrade from the glamping tents.
Campground guests will also have complete access to The Commons. Here you'll find WiFi, a full kitchen complete with appliances, dining room, television, laundry units, and more. Most importantly, there's a bathhouse with flush toilets and indoor/outdoor showers. Just because you're camping doesn't mean you have to be dirty or uncomfortable.
Stock up on all your camping necessities at the charming little Camp Store inside of the The Commons. They even have gourmet marshmallows which are perfect for roasting over a fire.
Children will feel like they've hit the jackpot when they discover all the amenities this place has to offer. You could spend all afternoon splashing around in the pool or taking advantage of the ping pong or foosball table inside The Commons. It doesn't look like you'll have to worry about those dreaded words "I'm bored" coming out of your kid's mouth.
On the weekends, you can end your night by winding down and enjoying Movie Night underneath the trees. This is truly a spectacular campground that whole families, couples, or lone campers won't be able to help but fall in love with. The hard part is getting yourself to leave!
