Lassen Volcanic National Park is by far one of Northern California’s greatest treasures. Comprised of a landscape that’s full of boiling mud pots, fumaroles, volcanic domes, and hot springs, there’s definitely always something to explore in this incredible park. In fact, one of the largest geothermal lakes in the world can be found here and you can see it for yourself on the Boiling Springs Lake Trail.
