The Park opened in Redding's Carnegie Park in September 2018 and has seen great popularity ever since. It's simply a lively place to enjoy an evening with delicious food and great company.
The outdoor dining destination is open Thursday through Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The Park typically hosts six food trucks at a time and they are constantly rotating, so it's a good idea to check their Facebook page to see who will be there ahead of time.
The Park works with about 20 different food trucks, so expect a different selection every time you visit. Most of the food trucks are local to Redding, with a few traveling from as far away as Roseville and Sacramento. Whatever you're in the mood for - tacos, pizza, burgers, crepes - The Park has it all!
