It all began in 1964 when Buz and Carole Minow opened their very first candy shop in the country club area of Sacramento. In 1977, they opened another store in Old Sacramento. Today, the shop is the second oldest business in the historic Sacramento district under only one owner.
Using only the finest and freshest ingredients, Sacramento Sweets is dedicated to creating all of the old-fashioned candy that reminds you of the good ole days. From caramel corn and chocolate treats to that old-style chewy taffy, this little shop is truly timeless.
