Tori Jane is a storm chaser, writer, photographer, and the village idiot - in that order. When she's not out and about dancing with the meanest storms on planet Earth for funsies she can be found wandering, shooting landscapes, writing, editing photos, and otherwise up to no good. Legend has it that she can also be occasionally spotted typing up short bios in the third person, but those rumors are unsubstantiated.
Ah, Fargo: perhaps the single most well-known town in an otherwise quiet state. Made infamous by an indie film of the same name in the 1990s and a later spin-off TV series, Fargo is a quiet college town that’s so much more than “just” some college town in North Dakota. It’s a place with a rich history, vibrant shops, excellent eateries, and so much more. So, while some folks might find themselves here because they’re attending North Dakota State, others are here for the town itself, which is perfect – there’s plenty to do.
Have you ever been to Fargo? Is it more than just another college town in North Dakota to you? Tell me your thoughts. Did you attend NDSU? Tell me about your experience!
If you find you can’t get enough of North Dakota and its amazingness, be sure to visit some of the best state parks in North Dakota while you’re here.
