As local travel experts, we know what travelers are looking for when it comes to finding the perfect accommodations for their next trip. To compile our lists, we scour the internet to find properties with excellent ratings and reviews, desirable amenities, nearby attractions, and that something special that makes a destination worthy of traveling for.
We all know what “camping” is, right? You go outside, you set up camp, you sleep outside, yes? Camping is great fun and all, but sometimes you want to experience the great outdoors – and sleep near there – without all the muss and fuss of a traditional outside camping experience (especially when the weather gets cooler). Enter the fine art of “glamping”, a relatively new idea based on camping/sleeping in the great outdoors, but in style. We found an absolutely gorgeous, luxury bed and breakfast in Havana that takes glamping to the next level. If glamping in North Dakota is on your bucket list, you have to experience this breathtaking place firsthand. Check it out:
Seriously, friends - if you want to talk about being "away from it all," this luxurious cabin-style lodge is the very definition of away from it all.
North Dakota is, after all, one of the least-populated states, which honestly makes it pretty perfect for getaways, vacations in scenic places, and the simple luxury of peace and quiet (LOTS of quiet).
This lodge sleeps about 20-30 guests, though with some finagling, one could theoretically sleep up to 60.
It's perfect for family reunions, group getaways with friends (the more the merrier - split the cost!), or even, should you feel like it (and be able to afford it), you could have the entire thing all. To. Yourself.

It's spacious and beautiful, offering up the perfect place to relax and unwind.
But, no worries if relaxing and unwinding aren't quite your thing - this lodge is located in the perfect place for the outdoorsy type to make it into a hub of sorts for adventure.
You can sign up on-site for things like geology tours, history tours, feedlot and farm tours, and more. The lodge is also located nearby excellent hunting, fishing, and even a national wildlife refuge.
Oh, and it's also worth mentioning that there's a private chef available, too.
Every bed is absolutely perfect in terms of comfort and an overall sense of rest. Take your pick from rooms and maybe fight your sibling for the best one (unless you're here alone, of course).
One thing is certain: a trip to this gorgeous lodge in the middle-o'-nowhere is the ultimate glamping experience.
