It opened in July 2023, and it's already made quite the splash among the locals. I adore the name - it's a fun play on words given the history of North Dakota as a state where the wild, wild West really happened.
It's not anything overly fancy, with modern but simple decor and excellent service you can totally grow to count on.

The only thing better than the service is the pasta, which is made fresh in-house daily - and it. Is. AMAZING.
There's a variety of dishes with many types of pasta to pick from.

No matter what you pick, you're in for an excellent time. There's nothing in the world like fresh, hand-made pasta, and this hand-made pasta is truly some of the best in the state - if not the entire Upper Midwest. It's the perfect kind of al dente that you learn to be kind of a snob about - suddenly, no other pasta will be good enough.
It might be new, but it's already made an enormous splash.

I'm not at all surprised - you'll understand as soon as you try it. It makes for a great occasion on every occasion - anniversaries, birthdays, even solo outings. It's an excellent menu in a low-key setting, and it's a delight.
