The scenic route through the park has a pullout where you can stop and see some truly fascinating natural geological formations that have been there for hundreds of centuries: cannon ball concretions.
The pullout showcases a spot where many of these smooth, naturally-shaped spherical rocks are. The informative sign located at the sight will tell you about how they have formed.
