Okay, so, North Dakota isn’t exactly lauded for its Mexican food scene. When it comes to states, we’re one of the northernmost ones – not exactly a mecca for south-of-the-border eats. That being said, there are a handful of places that stand out above the rest in terms of their sheer deliciousness; blend that with a dash of authenticity and an awesome, modern vibe and you get Vinyl Taco: servers of the best street tacos in North Dakota. Vinyl Taco is a hole-in-the-wall type of place, local to North Dakota and forever up-to-date on the latest flavor trends (and record releases).
Upon walking in, you're immediately surrounded by a casual atmosphere driven by classic rock, music played on real vinyl (like it's meant to be played), and the best street tacos in North Dakota (among other things).
