Leah moved to North Dakota when she was 12 years old and has traveled from the Red River Valley to the badlands and many places in between. She loves small-town life and currently enjoys living on a small farm in the ND prairie. She's always had a passion for writing and has participated in novel writing challenges such as NaNoWriMo multiple times. Her favorite part about this job is recognizing small businesses that deserve a boost and seeing the positive affect her articles can have on their traffic, especially in rural areas that might have otherwise gone overlooked.

The event was canceled in 2020, but it's back in 2021 promising to deliver incredible art, entertainment, food, and more. It will be happening on the weekend of June 12th, 2021.
There is so much to see and do at Art on the Red, you could easily spend all day there! Browse the vendors, enjoy live music and other entertainment, and so much more.
You might even be able to see art come to life right before your eyes or receive unique, one-of-a-kind art just for you. It's a fantastic way to support local artists and craftspeople.
Beyond all the art, the event will have great food and fun activities. Though it's usually held along the Red River, in 2021 it will be held in University Park due to construction.
