While our exciting autumn plans don’t include thoughts of the 2023-2024 winter predictions for North Carolina, the forecast is out. For those wanting snow, Region 3 Farmers' Almanac predictions include the Blue Ridge Mountains where above-normal precipitation and snowfall are expected.
