But there's plenty more to see and do in Zoo City (yes, it's the town's nickname...).
With plenty of shops, galleries, restaurants, attractions, and more, Asheboro can easily fill an entire weekend with fun the whole family can enjoy.
For the shopaholics in the crowd, the city has plenty of wonderful little shops, including quaint little spots that carry everything from vintage and antique items to dried flowers and locally crafted items.
