Stony Knoll Vineyards’ historic roots tell a story about this North Carolina Century Farm and family that dates back to 1896. The farm was a means of survival which translates into exhausting work with hand tools and animals growing tobacco in the 1940s. The late 1990s brought the cultivation of a dream, resulting in 5.25 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, and Niagara grapevines. The tasting room and winery opened in 2004, and the best part comes in taking your time, as you can spend the night at this perfect vineyard in Dobson, North Carolina.

Today, Stony Knoll Vineyards tends 10 acres of quality grapes, which also include Corot Noir, Merlot, Chambourcin, Arandell, and Viognier.
