This Strange Attraction In North Carolina Is Too Weird For Words
Nothing is as it seems, especially at Mystery Hill. The ‘hill’ has a long history of defying laws of gravity and perplexing minds. It all started in the 1950s when owner, William Hudson, noticed a few strange things about his land.

For one, Mr. Hudson operated a cider mill on a wooden platform. Two identical twins working the mill would stand on the platform and no matter how they stood, the twin on the north end always looked taller.

The second was Mr. Hudson's apple trees. The trees always grew towards the north, prevailing the winds. Even when Mr. Hudson rebuilt the path, the apples fell and collected on the old path. Mr. Hudson felt himself being pulling to the old path time and time again. It proved to be that there was something phenomenal going on with the gravitational pull of this particular hill. And so, Gravity Hill was born.

Mr. Hudson turned this 'mystery' into a prosperous museum. Eventually, everyone wanted to experience Mystery HIll for themselves.
