With 20 different kinds of apples, Grandad's is a place you can return to over and over and find different apples available throughout the harvest season.
If you don't feel like picking your own, you can head over to Grandad's Barn and Country Store with the big red roof and purchase a bag of already picked apples.
Or, pick through the big bins of loose apples that are picked fresh daily. Once you're satisfied you've picked or selected enough apples for all of the pies, preserves, and general healthy snack eating in the coming days/weeks, go check out all of the other fun activities the orchard and cider mill have to offer!

The littlest members of the family will get a thrill out of the Cow Train.
We can't think of anything better than a cider slushie — except maybe one of Grandad's cider donuts! You'll find the bakery case brimming with fresh and sweet apple goodness, including fresh apple cider donuts, apple turnovers, apple dumplings, and whole apple pies. Yum!
Enjoy it all on one of the many picnic tables overlooking the farm and beautiful mountains.
When you're done, be sure to get a ticket for the corn maze! This five-acre maze is always the highlight of the fall season, particularly in late October when the corn is way over your head!
