Opened in February 2020, Boulevard Barbecue serves up a variety of sauces, too, so you’re certain to hone in that flavor you love.

For starters, Boulevard serves four main sauces: Lexington (thin vinegar base), Kansas City (heavy tomato base with a little vinegar), Coastal (also known as Eastern NC), and 'Bama (with mayo and pepper, citrus-y and tangy).
