Once the transition to spring begins to take place, you’ll start to see that all throughout the state of New York there are more and more funky little parades and festivals happening here. In the past, New Yorkers have been able to experience UFO festivals to Faerie festivals and more. Out of all the different events we’ve seen pass through our state though, there’s one down in the Catskill Mountains that we simply can’t get enough of.
Happening on the second Saturday of June each year, the Livingston Manor Trout Parade will once again be returning on June 8th this year.
Brought to you by the Catskill Art Society, the small-town parade brings people from all over the area to Livingston Manor to enjoy a day full of fun and character.
Going right through Livingston Manor on Main Street, beginning in the early afternoon you'll start to see live music, entertainment, and all sorts of fun out on the street.
A family-fun event that's meant to unite the town and Catskill region, you'll find lots of vendors and attractions taking place in Livingston Manor on the second Saturday of each June.
Usually ending with an after-party at The Kaatskeller, if you've never experienced all the fun that is New York's Trout Parade then start planning a trip to Livingston Manor this spring!
