There are numerous reasons why people love living here and sometimes when they leave, just driving back over the border and seeing a Welcome to New York sign is the best sight in the world. Home to the most iconic city in the entire country is one major reason why living in or visiting the Empire State is so special. Home to more than 8 million people, New York City is a melting pot of people, culture, restaurants, attractions, architecture, and so much more.
Head to the northern part of the state by the Canadian border and you'll find the most iconic waterfall in the country. Niagara Falls is a natural wonder that should be on everyone's bucket list.
