Editor’s Note: Unfortunately, the fairy houses were removed from Tinker Nature Park in 2019.
For most of us, no matter how old we get, we’ll always remain fascinated by the idea of mythical creatures, more specifically fairies. So if you’re spending every moment possible outside like the rest of us who are clinging onto summer, we’ve found the next trail for you to explore on a sunny day.
A hidden treasure of Monroe County, inside Tinker Nature Park you'll find a magical fair trail!
We can only hope and assume that the creator of this fairy kingdom decided on this park because of its name. We can't help but feel reminded of our favorite Disney darling from Pixie Hollow!

Tinker Nature Park features a perimeter trail that is 1.2 miles long, as well as a nature trail that is .5 miles long.
Pulling yourself away from these houses will prove to be difficult, but this just means you'll have to find time to come back for another trip on the fairy trail.
"Fairies out learning and exploring. We will return at dusk. - Teacher"
So adorable! We are so thankful to whoever took the time to create this magnificent fairy trail. If you grew up watching the 1997 film FairyTale then your inner child may or may not be weeping like mine is.
