Since wood firing cooks food so much faster than a conventional oven, the toppings retain much more flavor and aren't as dried out. This has the added benefit of causing fewer nutrients to be lost during the cooking process. The pizza's distinct charred crust adds a smoky flavor that is delicious.
The pizzas here are delicious! The Neapolitan style is amazing and you won't find a much better example than this. Get one of the specialties, such as Meat Your Match or Farm Stand, or choose your own toppings.
