In a building that dates all the way back to 1890 and has even been a church and a theater in the past, Rochester's Swillburger restaurant is a tasty treat that's hiding in plain sight.
From the outside, The Playhouse & Swillburger still looks like a church but once you're inside you'll see that the space has been completely transformed into something much more modern.
Featuring over 30 arcade games, Swillburger takes us back to the good old days and even requires you to use these gold coins to play games - no modern quarters accepted in these cabinets!
From vintage arcade games that have been around for ages to more modern takes on these timeless treasures that include spins like Game of Throne and The Walking Dead-themed pinball games.
Since opening in recent years, Swillburger has won over the city of Rochester with their juicy burgers, locally-sourced buns, and gourmet tater tots that come in different varieties each week.
While Swillburger is certainly a family-friendly restaurant that guests of all ages love to enjoy, you also might be excited to hear that after 10 p.m. only visitors that are 21 years or older are allowed to hang out here - turning the space into an adult playground.
