She is passionate about animal rescue and live music - traveling across the country to see a favorite band is a pretty regular occurrence! Being out hiking in the woods enjoying the scenery with her beloved dogs is another favorite hobby, and also checking out the Pokemon Go scene in whatever city she happens to be in at any given time (coffee and dog leash in hand). Sometimes, you can find great food tucked away in unexpected places. It’s often easy to get trapped in the old routines, visiting the same eateries over and over. If you find yourself stuck at the same spots, break up the monotony with a visit to one of the many hidden gem restaurants in New York. One of our favorites is tucked away in the Catskills in the little hamlet of Big Indian. It’s far from what you might consider a typical foodie town, but the meals here could compete with just about any in the state. The Peekamoose Restaurant and Tap Room has been delighting New Yorkers since it opened in 2003.
