Ca'Mea was founded in 2002 by Roy Felcetto. At the restaurant, Chef Arionei Walsh fuses classic Northern Italian food with more forward-thinking cooking techniques.
But what about the pasta? Ca'Mea's pasta is made in-house and includes scratch-made spinach and ricotta ravioli in a pomodoro sauce as well as linguine with sautéed little neck clams, garlic, lemon, white wine and red pepper flakes. In another dish, house made pappardelle mixes with sautéed wild mushrooms, parmesan, olive oil and parsley.
Ca'Mea's pasta menu is focused, refined, and scratch made. They really go the extra mile to make sure your pasta tastes as good as it would if you traveled all the way to Northern Italy.
There's not just pasta on the menu, though! To start, you can choose from a selection of antipasti and insalata. Entrees include a grilled New York strip with and that old Italian classic: eggplant parmigiana.
