Oz-Stravaganza Is New York's Best Wizard Of Oz Festival

The entire Empire State is filled with all sorts of fascinating pieces of history and amusing attractions, but did you know that the famed author L. Frank Baum was born in a small village out in Central New York? A weekend-long event happening in the village of Chittenango, Oz-Stravangza is a way to celebrate all things Oz that's history goes all the way back to the late 1970s.

Each year, people from all over gather in Chittenango to follow the yellow brick sidewalks that actually exist in town.
