If you’re looking for a hidden gem restaurant in New York that is absolutely worth going way out of the way to visit, then you should check out the Phoenicia Diner on NY-28. Phoenicia is a small town of just over 300 residents but many people know it because it’s a river tubing destination in the summertime. All year round, though, you can enjoy the beautiful and tasty creations of the Phoenicia Diner, which is just on the outskirts of town. This very special diner is much more than the average diner, and once you try the food once, you’ll want to come back time and time again. Learn more about this special spot when you read on.
The Phoenicia Diner is amazing! It’s out of the way, but it’s really not that far from Kingston, and you’ll enjoy a pleasant drive through the Catskills today. This diner does not take reservations, so you might have to wait for a table upon arrival – but it’s absolutely worth the wait.
