Where you’re tucked between the northern shores of both Seneca and Cayuga Lakes, Connie’s Diner has been operating on Main Street in the town of Waterloo since 1989.
If you’ve yet to visit this diner in the Empire State, just know it’s almost impossible to miss with both its unique and nostalgic exterior as well as the blue truck that you can always find parked out front.
As you walk through the doors and make your way inside, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time as your eyes begin to meet all the old-fashioned decor and bits of character.
From the records decorating the tops of the walls walls as well as the pictures of people like Audrey Hepburn and Elvis, to the fun pops of color and checkered floors, Connie’s is an absolute piece of nostalgic delight.
