As the snow begins to finally melt away for good and the weather in New York State begins to warm up, more and more of our favorite seasonal restaurants will begin to open their doors for the year. As you begin to explore more of our state’s dining destinations during the spring and summer, you’ll see that some of us like to feast out in the sun on a nice patio but there are others who will choose to literally aim higher. Taking you up fourteen floors to where you’ll have a magnificent view, see why this place will be the most magical rooftop restaurant that you visit in 2019.
Allowing you to explore a whole other part of Eataly, SERRA by Birreria is the best rooftop garden restaurant you'll dine at all spring.
First off, you'll notice that there is quite the lengthy bar here on the rooftop that features a variety of high-end imported beers and other seasonal drinks that you'll love to get your hands on.
Dishes on the menu are infused with things like mouthwatering cheeses, mixed greens, asparagus, other veggies, and herbs that are grown right here on the rooftop in their hydroponic garden.
You can even eat local with their Trota Affumicta the features smoked Hudson Valley Steelhead Trout, as well as meats and cheeses that come from local farms from towns like Green, Hudson, and Romulus, New York.
