Joe’s Dairy Bar and Grill has been a staple of the East Fishkill area for the last few decades. When your food and business model are good, why change? They have a surprisingly expansive menu for such a small restaurant, and they have oodles of charm. Their fresh, local ingredients mean you will get the fast-food speed and experience without that generic fast food taste.

For convenient food in New York, it doesn't get any better than this nostalgic eatery. When Joe's Dairy Bar first opened in 1960, it was called Uhles Dairy Bar. The name changed in the 1970s after a sale, and it has remained the same ever since.

The food is simple comfort food. You won't find anything too exotic here (though they do have fried ravioli!), it's mostly diner-type food.
