Taking you up north to Washington County where you’re less than 10-minutes outside of Glens Falls, this one amazing restaurant has a story to share with its visitors!
Up in the small village of Hudson Falls, Forged restaurant is actually set within a historic courthouse that dates back to 1873.
Once the Washington County Courthouse up until the late 1990s, guests can still see well-preserved pieces of the courthouse inside of what's now an amazing restaurant.
Forged offers three different dining settings for visitors to choose from, giving you a choice of choosing from lighter fare and smaller dishes to having larger, amazing dinners that will blow you away.
Inside part of the restaurant, you'll find a rustic bar and gastropub while in another area you'll be able to find the main dining room and tasting room.
Using local ingredients to help create amazing farm to table menu items, Forged serves up a variety of elevated dishes on their main menu that will get your stomach rumbling.
Open during the evenings on every day of the week except Sundays, Forged has everything from gourmet salads and vegan dishes to beef and duck menu items that are accompanied on a dish with other local flavors.

So whether you're interested in hanging out at the bar and enjoying lighter fare in the gastropub like chips & dip or gravy fries or want to enjoy a full dinner in the main dining room, there's something for everyone.
