If you like your meats smoked slow and low and delivered to you without a heap of pretension, then it is worth making the drive to Swan Lake, New York and checking out Big Kev’s BBQ. It’s really amazing BBQ, but you don’t have to take our word for it: it has been the subject of glowing articles and it has a 4.5 star rating on Yelp, with users raving about the food truck’s meat. But to really understand what the fuss is all about, you have to try it for yourself. Just don’t wait too long. The food truck is open from 11 a.m. until they sell out for the day. It’s the best BBQ in the Catskills.

Big Kev’s BBQ is located out of a food truck on Royce Road and Route 17B in Swan Lake, New York. The business started in 2010, on the other side of the street from their present-day location.
