Hiding in plain sight in an inconspicuous part of town, Czech Pleeze is a mom-and-pop eatery in Binghamton that belongs on your radar when it comes to dining destinations.
Open Monday through Friday for both dine-in and take-out, you can currently order up things from their latest menu like their Mom’s Holubpki - a recipe that’s been handed down through the family and consists of fresh cabbage leaves that are wrapped around a beef and rice mixture, lightly seasoned and cooked in their old world-style red sauce mixture of sauerkraut and tomato sauce.
While others may things like their City Chicken that’s an old Binghamton favorite, or their famed Pirohi - which are hand folded and crimped pasta pockets that are filled with your choice of either potato and cheese or cooked cabbage. How incredible does all of this sound?
So, if you're ready to find yourself knee-deep in authentic Czech food, then there's no better establishment to visit than Czech Pleeze out along our Southern Tier.
