Sackets Harbor is a charming little town that makes for a great day trip in New York. If you’re visiting and need a bite to eat, stop by Chrissy Beanz Bakery. This beloved cafe has a fun story. Sarah Radmanovic worked at the bakery when she was 16 years old. She enjoyed the experience so much that she purchased the cafe when it was recently put up for sale. The new owner has made a few changes to the interior of the restaurant, but the menu has remained the same. They’ve got a full breakfast menu, delicious coffees, and incredible freshly-baked bread.
This spot is really a quintessential small town coffee shop. Big city eateries are often flashy and may boast big name chefs or other amenities, but there's something so special about a restaurant in a small town.
They've got a few selections for sandwiches and other savory goods. The menu changes up seasonally, but they usually serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch options.
The stuffed French toast is legendary! Ricotta and cream cheese in between two slices of toast and topped with a fruit topping: does it get any better?
