Since the COVID-19 pandemic hit New York State, many of our favorite festivities and attractions have been forced to cancel events and close for the time being. Well, if you’re a thirsty resident of the Empire State, then you may already be aware of the fact that one of the things that the coronavirus impacted was the unveiling of the 2020 Capital Craft Beverage Trail! Now officially up and running, keep scrolling to see where your passport will take you this tasty season.
Officially up and running after being delayed due to the coronavirus, the Capital Craft Beverage Trail is finally here for the 2020-2021 season.
If you're unfamiliar with how the Capital Craft Beverage Trail works, New Yorkers can grab themselves a passport at any of the trail’s locations (or print theirs at home) and get it stamped at participating locations all throughout the Capital Region.
Thanks to this year's passport, you'll be led to locations all around Albany, Columbia, Greene, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Warren, and Washington Counties.
So, how does the Capital Craft Beverage Trail’s passport program work? Well, for every purchase at participating locations, you’ll receive two stamps that can then be cashed in for prizes.
When it comes to the prizes, passport holders will be able to earn coozies, shot glasses, 5-ounce tasters, waiter’s corkscrews, and a ticket to the 2021 Drink Event if you collect stamps from every location!
