When fall rolls around, we may be quick to start inviting pumpkin flavored everything into our lives at the drop of a dime. But don’t let that distract you from New York’s other amazing fall flavors and the sweet aroma of maple syrup swirling around you in the air! Within just a stone’s throw of the Queen City, Buffalonians can find a variety of family-favorite maple farms that are worth making a trip to this fall. Each maple farm has something unique and delightful to offer visitors, but there’s one out in Wyoming County that actually has the world’s widest variety of maple products! Let’s take a look.
Head just an hour east of Buffalo and before you know it, you'll be gazing upon the vibrant scenery that makes up the town of Attica and our favorite little maple farm.
Many of us make the trip out to Merle's for Maple Weekend during the month of March, but the farm stays open all year long for those of us craving our favorite maple treats.
Merle Maple Farm has become famous for having the world's widest selection of maple products - with their gift baskets featuring an array of goodies that will make your mouth water.
And if we were Pinnochio, our noses would grow eight times too big if we told you that we weren't thinking about Merle's maple cotton candy all throughout the year. It's the best!
Visiting Merle Maple Farm in Attica has become a fall tradition for most of us living in and around Buffalo. As a family-run business, we love revisiting this great-smelling destination to see the familiar faces of the Merle family.
Merle Maple Farm is located at 1884 Creek Rd., Attica, NY 14011. To find out more about the farm, you can visit their Facebook page or shop their products online here.
