Here in the Queen City, we love a deliciously themed restaurant! In the past at Only In Buffalo, we’ve highlighted how you can relish in the fact that we have our very own pickle-themed restaurant over at the Twisted Pickle on High Street. Well, but if you’re ready to check out another mouthwatering restaurant that is right in our own backyard, then see what it’s like to take a bite out of the made-from-scratch pasta that’s being cooked up over on Elmwood Avenue.
One restaurant that proves this strip of Buffalo is the most delicious in the city, Inizio is one eatery you'll want to sink your teeth into.
Inizio is one of the newer restaurants to open up in Buffalo and is a stunning space that focuses on filling up hungry visitors to the brim with fantastic food.
Once you walk through the doors, you'll notice that one side of the restaurant is dedicated to a quaint little bar area that's perfect for grabbing specialty cocktails and drinks.
The other side serves as the restaurant's main dining area and offers plenty of seating and the opportunity to enjoy the endless pasta-bilities that the menu has to offer.
At Inizio, you'll find smaller plates to snack on, like Castelvetrano olives, toasted Breadhive sourdough, roasted broccolini, grilled Brussel sprouts, polenta & merguez, coal-fired swordfish belly, and other savory eats.
When it comes to the pasta portion of the menu, choose from rigatoni, bucatini, carrot fettucine, radiatore bolognese, potato gnocchi, butternut squash agnolotti, squid ink linguine, traditional risotto, and other unforgettable choices.
Plus, it's not just the pasta that's made from scratch! Visitors can also choose to grab a scoop of vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry ice cream that comes topped with toasted milk crumbles that are all made in-house.
