While you can find hot dogs just about anywhere, the Queen City has put its own spin on this classic food item. If you’re looking for the best in town, head to Kenmore Avenue for a hot diggity dog decked out in delicious toppings that you’ll never forget.
You may recognize this location as a former gas station, but it’s now home to Frank Gourmet Hot Dogs.
The inside has been transformed into the ultimate Buffalo eatery, keeping things simple yet whimsical with pops of red and yellow throughout the restaurant.
Frank's large menu board is one of the first things you’ll see as you step inside this hot dog joint, presenting you with the tasty problem of having to figure what to order - everything looks so delicious!
As you scan the menu, you'll see that there are dogs topped with everything, including bacon, Tijuana cream cheese, caramelized onions, fresh sauerkraut, pickled veggies, and just about anything else that your appetite can imagine.
In addition to serving up drool-worthy dogs, Frank’s also offers burgers, Reubens, and both hand-cut fries and sweet potato fries to accompany whatever dish you decide on.
