Sunny days are the sign of amazing things here in Western New York, but one of our absolute favorite warm-weather activities is visiting our local farmers’ markets. While you can find countless farm stands and markets in the surrounding communities, one of the best in the entire region is right here in Buffalo – and we look forward to all year long. Hiding out in a historic district is a farmers market that has been delighting locals for more than two decades, and if you have yet to visit, you’re seriously missing out on far more than just fresh produce.
Nothing quite compares to the Elmwood Village Farmers Market in Buffalo.
Locals and out-of-towners alike have been stopping by the Elmwood Village Farmers Market for more than 20 years to pick up fresh produce and unique items from a variety of vendors.
Elmwood Village Farmers Market, which is a producer-only market, meaning the juicy fruits and crisp veggies found here come directly from the farms where it’s grown and sold by the farmers themselves.
It’s not hard to lose yourself amongst the abundance of locally-grown and regionally-produced goods on display at numerous vendor tents and booths. Times seems to fly by when you’re strolling around the parkway!
The Elmwood Village Farmers Market has been voted one of the best in the entire country and is celebrating its 21st year of bringing the freshest goods to Buffalonians.
