There are plenty of things that Buffalonians have disagreements over – like which restaurant in Western New York serves up the best wings, for example. However, if there’s one thing that we can all agree on, it’s the fact that we thoroughly enjoy getting the most bang for our buck. If you make your way just east of the city, you’ll discover a mouthwatering restaurant where you even have the chance to eat for free… if you’re up for a hefty challenge. If that sounds like something that’s right up your alley, then see what massive delights await you at the Elma Towne Grille.
Roughly 14 miles east of Buffalo, the Elma Towne Grille is one of the most delicious restaurants in all of Erie County.
A favorite roadside gem among those of us who live here in Western New York, the Elma Towne Grille is one of those restaurants that's cozy and easily makes you feel right at home.
There is also a variety of delicious hot sandwiches, quesadillas, wings, jumbo chicken fingers, Greek souvlaki, all-you-can-eat soups and salads, seafood platters, and homemade favorites like Cheddar Bacon Potato Cakes, crabcakes, mac and cheese, and goulash.

As absolutely mouthwatering as the entirety of the Elma Towne Grille's menu is, there's one slice of this restaurant that you'll absolutely want to take on if you're brave and hungry enough to do so.
Visitors who take on this challenge will come face-to-face with a burger made up of six five-ounce patties topped with cheese, bacon, onion rings, lettuce, tomato, and pickles served on a toasted Costanza roll.
If you're able to accomplish this massive and delicious task, you'll get your meal for free. If you're unable to eat all of the Big Elma Burger, you'll have to pay for your meal and put your picture on the Wall of Shame. Seems worth trying, huh?
