If you take a look around the city of Buffalo, you can find all sorts of magical dining destinations within this delicious place that we all call home. As many different restaurants that you’ll have to choose from here in the Queen City, the one thing we can’t say we have is an enchanting castle eatery to sweep us up off of our feet. Thankfully, what we don’t have in our own backyard we happen to have within reasonable driving distance here in Western New York. So, if you’re ready to spoil yourself with a magical evening out on the town, then be sure to start planning your trip out to Seneca County ASAP!
Within two hours of us in Buffalo, residents of Western New York can make their way out to the small town of Geneva to experience what it's like to escape away to a little-known castle.
While many of us here in the Empire State come out to Belhurst Castle to spend the night in an enchanted getaway, what many people don't realize is that there's a delicious restaurant here that you can also visit!
Surrounding you with beautiful wood fixtures and charming architectural details, Edgar's Steakhouse in Belhurst Castle is the perfect dining destination to visit when you're looking to enjoy something special.
Commonly known as Edgar's in the Castle, this majestic restaurant will make you feel as though you've been transported back in time as you dine in this incredible timeless setting.
At this steakhouse, you can expect to find things like Crab Cakes, Ahi Tuna Cucumber Rounds, Speakeasy Shrimp Gumbo, Lobster Tail, Lamb Rack, and, of course, choices like Filet Mignon, Delmonico, and the Red’s Prime Rib.
Edgar's even always has a dessert tray at the ready for you, with a variety of delicious sweets to choose from that you'll wish you had at your fingertips each and every day.
If you're looking to explore more of the castle's dining options, you can also pop into Stonecutter's Tavern — the other restaurant within Belhurst that even has its own sunken bar!
