There are plenty of perks of living in Buffalo that we often take advantage of. Sure, we get dumped on by tons of snow and our winters are longer than we’d typically like. But any negatives aside, the 716 is a great place to live, work, and play! Read ’em and weep, every other city! Here are 9 privileges Buffalonians have that the rest of the U.S. doesn’t.

If you go to a restaurant and it doesn't have wings on the menu, is it really a restaurant at all? In Buffalo, the answer is most likely no. Wings are one of the most delicious privileges Buffalonians have. No one does wings better!

The Olmsted Parks system is one of the most beautiful privileges Buffalonians have. Our parks are some of the most extensive in any city in the U.S.

From Frank Lloyd Wright to Louis Sullivan, some of the greatest architectures have designed their works in the 716.

It hasn't always been the greatest, but Buffalo's waterfront has been expanding at a rapid pace as of late. And we're totally here for it!

Our interesting history is one of the best privileges Buffalonians have. From the War of 1812 when the city was literally burnt to the ground, to the construction of the Erie Canal, and everything in-between, there's no shortage of interesting facts to learn about!

Chiavetta's. Bison dip. Sahlen's. Webers. Need we say more?

I mean... seriously. Sunsets over Lake Erie are some of the best in the U.S. (if not the world). (Yes, we realize we're biased.)
