Giving you a look at a never-ending sea of autumn’s warm tones, there’s a scenic overlook that’s only a quick drive from the Queen City and it just so happens to be in one of the country’s best state parks. Pack your bags, because it’s time for a road trip!
One of the most jaw-dropping places to visit during this time of year, Letchworth State Park is just over an hour outside of Buffalo and is known for being one of the country's best state parks.
Looking upstream from this central point in the park, you'll see the 107-foot Middle Falls with the Upper Falls and new arch bridge as a marvelous backdrop.
This easy walk is particularly stunning in the fall, as you'll have sweeping views of one of New York's best state parks and the fantastic foliage within.
Inspiration Point is open every day from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., so make time in your schedule for a trip to this awesome overlook for an experience that will leave you in awe.
