There are still a few more weeks to enjoy the Spirit of Buffalo "Wine In the Wind" boat ride. It takes place every Wednesday from June through September and promises gorgeous views. Hibbard's has been family owned and operated since 1939, when Harold Hibbard Sr. fell in love with frozen custard. If everyone opened a shop when they realized how great frozen custard is, there'd be a lot of frozen custard shops around town, but this one can't be topped. The custard is homemade, using the original recipe from the day the doors first opened! Stop by before the summer ends for a cool way to relax.

After much anticipation, the Niagara Speedway opened at Clifton Hill in Niagara Falls, Canada in June. The Speedway, which is the largest elevated go-kart track in North America, features an abundance of twists and turns and fun around each one of them! Burn rubber using the traditional karts, then spend the rest of the day at Clifton Hill enjoying the amusement park. It's worth the trip over the border!

Part of what makes Parkside Candy so special is the location; it has been in the same place since 1927! After a restoration that brought out some original detail, it's only become sweeter! You can get tons of candy (including sponge candy) as well as ice cream and lunch items here, but half the fun is just experiencing the inside!

This impressive cave is worth the 3.5-hour drive! Located in Howe Caves, it's easy to make a day of exploring the entire area, but Secret Caverns offers something special - an underground waterfall! Since the discovery of the cave in 1928, the area has delighted visitors passing by for ages.

Located in Dansville, about an hour and a half from downtown Buffalo, Stony Brook State Park has one of the best easy hikes you can do in the area. The Gorge Trail is a 0.75-mile hike leading to a spring-fed pool. In addition to the prize at the end, this short hike also leads past three gorgeous waterfalls!
