Ellicottville Brewing Company, located on Monroe Street, is one of the best breweries in Western New York… if not the entire country.

Opened in 1995, the brewing company has expanded greatly over the years, and their tasty brews have not gone unrecognized. In fact, they’ve won quite a few impressive awards.

What was once just a brewpub is now an 8,000-square-foot brew house, restaurant, and beer garden.

The restaurant's gorgeous interior gives you plenty to gaze at while dining and drinking.

The brewery is open all year long and offers tours for visitors to get a behind-the-scenes peek at the fascinating brewing process, what goes into crafting the creative brews, and you’ll get a souvenir glass to take home with you.

During the tours, you’ll see what an authentic Hungarian brewing system looks like and have a chance to sample some of Ellicottville's best brews (if you’re age 21+). One sip and you’ll taste exactly what so many people love about this place.

Though Ellicottville Brewing Company specializes in making beer, they also serve up some flawlessly executed appetizers, like loaded brewer tots, pierogis, and mega meatballs.

The lunch and dinner menus offer a variety of delicious dishes, including burgers, sandwiches, salads, and truffle fries.
