As Buffalonians, we’re incredibly lucky to have attractions like Delaware Park that bring a little bit of everything to the table – including an amazing zoo. If you love our zoo and are looking for another adventurous outing where you can interact with animals that you aren’t used to seeing in everyday life, it’s time to visit our neighboring county for a little-known safari tour.
Hop in the car and head to Varysburg and the amazing Hidden Valley Animal Adventure.
More than 400 animals have the pleasure of calling Hidden Valley Animal Adventure their home, with over 40 species mingling with each other in the park.
You'll find plenty of open spaces and areas where you can walk amongst the animals, but there's one particular attraction that we look forward to each year: the safari ride.
After you feed the animals, it’s time for you to grab a bite to eat too. The park has a full-service restaurant as well as a casual dining spot, so you'll never go hungry here.
Hidden Valley Animal Adventure is currently open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Don’t let another year pass you by without experiencing this one-of-a-kind safari ride!
For more information about Hidden Valley Animal Adventure, visit the park’s website here.
Address: 2887 Royce Road, Varysburg, NY, 14167
