Featuring more than just New York's tallest mountains, Essex County is home to the Adirondack Buffalo Company.
Adirondack Buffalo Company has a large deck that you can go out on to view the buffalos, even equipped with a viewing scope so you can get a better look at these majestic animals.
Adirondack Buffalo Company is open all year long, but during the fall and winter, they only remain open by appointment. Memorial Day through Columbus Day you can find the farm open to visitors from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day of the week, making it the perfect day trip to take in the late spring or summer.
