Welcome to Willard Cantina & Cafe in the small town of Willard. While this tiny town only has a few hundred people, you can flock to Willard for this perfect little chile cafe.
This unassuming restaurant has been around since 1986, though it's closed and reopened a few times. It's also known as "Pack's", after the new owners. Many of the locals live miles away on nearby farms, but you'll find them taking their motorcycles out to the cafe every night. This little spot is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day.
Willard's Cantina boasts of having "chile with an attitude", and you'll smell the spicy pepper as soon as you walk in. This spot has also earned itself a spot on the Green Chile Cheeseburger Trail, serving one of the best.
