I'm an east coast girl living in a west coast world. I grew up in New England before moving to SoCal for several years. I then lived in NYC or a year before moving to AZ in 2009. I worked in the entertainment industry for many years of my adult life and have a deep love for photography, writing, and traveling around the U.S. as well as to far-flung locations around the world. Travel is my life and writing about it is a dream!
In a state as picturesque as New Mexico (it is the “Land of Enchantment,” after all!), there are countless scenic drives we can take. Among the best-known scenic drives in the state are Route 66, the Enchanted Circle Scenic Byway, and the High Road to Taos. However, there’s one under-the-radar scenic drive in New Mexico you probably haven’t tried yet. Taking you through tiny communities and the grasslands, La Frontera Del Llano Scenic Byway is absolutely beautiful.
Have you ever taken La Frontera Del Llano Scenic Byway, an under-the-radar scenic drive in New Mexico? If so, what was your favorite part of the drive? Let us know! To learn more about La Frontera Del Llano Scenic Byway, visit the New Mexico True website.
