Of course, your grandma probably never made mac 'n cheese like this. Theo Gio's has 13 different varieties on the menu, and each one is a creative, unique take on the classic comfort cuisine.
From classic mac 'n cheese to Mojo Mac, which includes bacon, chorizo, Sriracha, cheddar, and Monterey jack, you're certain to find a few favorites on the menu.
Other varieties include Four Cheese, Santa Fe, Carbonara, Shroom & Truffle, Dream Catcher, Greek, Buffalo Chicken, Shrimp Scampi, Tuna, Ham & Cheddar, and Skinny Mac.
While the ingredients vary, there's one thing that's the same about every variety of mac & cheese on the menu - they're all ooey, gooey, and delicious.
After you're done with your mac 'n cheese, stick around for dessert. The house specialty is the caramelized banana split, which includes a banana caramelized with sugar, a generous helping of vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, and whipped cream.
