As far as memorable restaurants go in the Land of Enchantment, there are numerous. This restaurant, however, is less of a traditional restaurant and more of a dining concept that is truly one-of-a-kind. Upon a native plant nursery in Santa Fe, you’ll be invited into an intimate and rustic home where you’ll experience a meal made with ingredients that are available that day. The menu changes daily, so you can come back time and time again to experience this incredible lunchtime fare.
Welcome to The Kitchen at Plants of Plants of the Southwest!
More than just a restaurant, The Kitchen, situated within a rustic house within the garden, will have you feeling welcomed into the home of owner and chef, Olive Tyrrell.
Without a set menu, it's helpful to call and see what the menu is. The Kitchen is only open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., or until the food is gone.
The Kitchen only seats up to 30 people, so reservations are necessary. Seating is upon handmade wooden tables. Everything from the ceramic plates to the adobe brick is made from hand, making this dining experience truly one of a kind.
